Our product “Miyanoyuki” was awarded the Gold Award at the National New Sake Appraisal for Brewing Year 2024.
\nThis event is co-hosted every May by the National Research Institute of Brewing and the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association, with tasting evaluations conducted by sake examiners from the National Tax Agency.
\nThe judging process consists of two rounds: the preliminary screening and the final screening. Products recognized as excellent in the preliminary screening receive the \u201cAward,\u201d and among those, the most outstanding are granted the \u201cGold Award.\u201d
\nThis year, 809 entries were submitted, of which 410 received awards, and among these, 202 were selected for the Gold Award.<\/p>\n
